Sexual assault is way too prominent in the NFL today, because of the precedent set in the past.  Players in the past and the present are being suspended games in the season for committing an act that can forever change a woman’s life.  Sexual assault is no joke and is so much bigger than any NFL game.  Ezekiel Elliot beat up his wife and only got suspended six games.  There is no way any person who commits an act of sexual assault should be able to step a foot on the field ever again in a professional setting.  Once such a horrific act has been committed, you are no longer a professional. You are a criminal.

Most people who believe these suspensions are sufficient in punishment and like to give these players another chance need to consider the im...

The New York Jets are 3-3, and the whole league is shocked.  It was widely believed before the season that the Jets would start 0-4, and then Sam Darnold will get some experience for the rest of the season.  The only true part about this assumption is how Sam Darnold is starting at quarterback, but this decision was made before the season began.  Darnold was known to turn the ball over a lot at USC, even when he had his best college seasons.  The first throw of the season, Darnold threw a pick-six to the Lions, and it looked like everything was headed for the worst.  This assumption was wrong and Sam Darnold and the Jets later rallies after the pick six to rout the Detroit Lions  48 to 17.

In the next week, the Jets lost to the Dolphins and did not look good in ther...

The NFL playoff situation is very interesting right now, and this list of rankings will give you an idea of who is the 5 best and worst teams if they make it to the playoffs.

AFC

  1. The Patriots- A very good team all around with the leadership of the GOAT Tom Brady and Bill Belichick.  This team can make pretty much any player in the offense look good.  The only way they will be stopped is if their defense gives in, like the game against the Chiefs week 1.  Otherwise, Tom Brady is too good of a game manager for anyone to beat them.

  2. The Jaguars- This team has the best defense in the NFL, and as the saying goes defense wins championships.  As long as Blake Bortles is solid, they will be a tough team to knock out, but the key factor is Leonard Fournette.  If he is healthy and po...

Todd Bowles is one of the most underrated coaches in the NFL, as shown by this season.  Analysts and fans are not talking at all about the job he has done with the Jets this year, but he needs to start getting attention.   Bowles has made a Jets team that was supposed to go 0-16 with a 36% chance as the best chance to win a game 5-7.  Not only are the Jets 5-7, they have played hard every game and down, which is the only way a team can improve.  Todd Should win coach of the year, because of his ability to get his team to win against all odds, and give his team still a slim chance to get into the wild card game.  If anyone said the Jets would be two games back from the wild card after week 13, everyone would call you crazy and not a credited source of NFL information.  The play Calling...

The Jets have to obviously draft a quarterback, but the question is who and where in the draft.  Some of the Jets options are Lamar Jackson, Baker Mayfield, Josh Allen, Sam Darnold, Josh Rosen, Riley Ferguson, and Luke Falk.  Lamar Jackson is the quarter back for the University of Louisville, and won the Heisman trophy last year.  The issue with him, is figuring out which position he can play to maximize the athleticism he has.  Baker Mayfield is the quarterback for Oklahoma and won the Heisman trophy this year.  His issue is trying to keep cool during games.  Josh Allen is the quarterback for the university of Wyoming, and throws a good deep ball, due to his big frame.  People do question his ability to perform on the big stage though.  Sam Darnold is the quarterback for USC, and...

The New York Giants have had a tough season to say the least.  At the beginning, many analysts picked them to win their division, the NFC, and the super bowl.  This prediction was justified pre-season, because the offense had one of the best receiving corps on paper with Odell Beckham Jr, Brandon Marshall, Sterling Shepard, and the hyped-up rookie Evan Engram at tight end/ widereciever.  The quarterback position looked to be solid with the two-time super bowl champion Eli Manning still playing, and the defense looked stacked.

The defense finished tenth in the whole NFL and was the second to most expensive defense in the NFC.  This side of the ball has many star players such as Landon Collins, Jason Pierre-Paul, Janoris Jenkins, Eli Apple, Damien Harrison, and...

This is crunch time fantasy football owners, it is week 14 which means the fantasy playoffs have arrived.  Even if the whole year you have not not lost a game, one loss will eliminate you from the league.  This means it is necessary to have the best lineup for the next three weeks that gives you the best chance to win and move on to the next round.  Some of the best fantasy players in skill positions recently are Alvin Kamara, Leveon Bell, Adam Thielen, Antonio Brown, Tom Brady, and Carson Wentz.  Even if you have any of these players it is not a guaranteed win, as shown by the ability of injury to ruin thousands of peoples hopes. This happened when Kamara went down with a concussion in the early part of the first quarter, only scoring five points for fantasy owners.  It was...

Before the season it was commonly accepted that the Jets will be the worst football team in NFL history.  The best odds given to the jets to win a game at a point in the summer is 64%.  These same New York Jets that were supposed to win no games and be the new clown franchise of the NFL have 5 wins.  The draft of the rookies Jamal Adams and Marcus Maye, the top two picks who are both safety’s, had an immediate impact on the defense.  Their effort, guts, and most importantly will to win gave the Jets an identity.  The Jets are tough on defense, especially with Buster Skrine, a normal nickel corner, starting at the cornerback position regularly. Buster’s attitude and physicality cannot be quantified in any number, which makes many football fans ignore him considering most just pay atten...
